Job Opportunities at BerksTALKLINE

To qualify as a BerksTALKLINE telephone worker you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Have a concern for and a desire to assist people in need.
• Have successfully completed a Training Program provided by BerksTALKLINE.
• Be available to work between the hours of 11 am - 11 pm and be flexible in the days you can work, since we are open seven days a week.
• Be available for part-time work, approximately 8 to 12 hours per week.
• Be non-judgmental and able to refrain from giving advice.
• Be able to stay calm in emergency situations.
• Pass a child abuse and criminal history check.
