Our Vision
BerksTALKLINE's mission is fulfilled with the highest integrity, while serving all people in Berks County. BerksTALKLINE's intent is to have a positive impact on callers' situations. Every individual's need to be heard is valued and validated by us. We help callers to feel better about themselves and help them to solve their own problems. When requested, we serve as a referral source to health and human service agencies for youth and adult callers.

BerksTALKLINE strives to be the primary complement to health and human service agencies and schools addressing the needs of families, youths, and adults in Berks County. BerksTALKLINE commits to responsibly develop and manage the resources required to support our services.
